DSCE Students Rank in Aero Design Challenge

Students from various department created official Aerodesign team of DSCE – ARCIS. They compete in the SAE Aerodesign challenge held annually in the USA. The competition requires students to design, build and fly a RC (Radio Controlled) Airplane along with delivering a technical presentation and design report. The Team has consistently ranked 1st among all Indian teams since 2015, and achieved the 10th Rank worldwide in 2015 in addition to winning the NASA Systems engineering award in 2013.

The team is preparing in earnest to represent DSCE at this years' SAE Aerodesign West, which will be held on 6th-8th april, 2018 in Van Nuys, California, USA. As a faculty advisor, I am very happy to share more information about this team and achievements.
