The International Conference on Developments in Sustainable & Innovative Design for Manufacturing, Mobility and Energy Systems (DSI-DMMES-2026) will be held on 27th and 28th February 2026 at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bengaluru. The conference is jointly organized by the Department of Aeronautical Engineering, Department of Automobile Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, and the Department of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. This event aims to address the growing need for sustainable, energy-efficient, and technologically advanced solutions in engineering design, manufacturing, transportation, and energy systems.
DSI-DMMES-2026 provides a platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to share research outcomes, innovative practices, and emerging technological trends. The conference encourages discussions on sustainable product design, smart and advanced manufacturing, lightweight and eco-friendly materials, intelligent transportation systems, electric and autonomous mobility, renewable energy integration, energy storage, smart grids, and net-zero energy solutions. The role of digital technologies such as AI, IoT, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 in achieving sustainability is also a key focus.
The conference will include keynote talks from experts, technical paper presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities. It aims to inspire collaboration and guide industries and society toward a sustainable and innovation-driven future. Participants are invited to contribute and be part of this impactful knowledge exchange.
Selected abstracts will be invited to submit their full length papers for possible publication in the Scopus indexed journals/Proceedings with appropriate processing charges
Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), functioning under the Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Trust, is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, and affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. The institution offers 18 undergraduate and 6 postgraduate programs, along with 18 recognized research centres guiding scholars towards Ph.D. degrees under VTU.
Several courses are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), ensuring academic quality and excellence. Oral and Poster presentations are invited from UG/PG students, Research Scholars, Scientists and Academicians addressing the conference theme. There will be "Best Oral/Poster Presentation Awards".
