Engineering is a science and when it comes to Mechanical Engineering it is considered as mother of all Engineering specialization. One of the first computers was a large mechanical machine. During my course in DSCE I understood the core values of engineering studies which involves Imagination, Creativity and Proof of delivery. Everything we learnt in our course revolved over how things can be done. The faculty at Mechanical Engineering department includes excellent professors like Dr. C.P.S. Prakash who taught us to be methodical and meticulous in our approach.
Mechanical department at DSCE lent us a strong foundation for what we are able to achieve today and the thought process of applying engineering concepts from Kitchen appliances to aero plane components has been a fascinating experience so far. Thanks to the hard work of the faculty and administration to have provided these in my career growth and future endeavors.
