The Department of MCA believes in creating a “want to learn” culture through state of the art infrastructure. We offer the most effective teaching learning methodologies through class room and practical exercises to cultivate an inquisitive mind-set among students. We aim to be the first choice in the state/country among aspiring computer science graduates. The skills and education imparted enables students to utilize new technologies and prepare them for key technology application and decision-making. The learning experience is wholesome, tailored to suit the needs of the industry and individual career development.

Industrial visit to Infosys- Mysore campus

The students of III semester MCA, HoD and two faculty members visited the Infosys – Centre for Excellence, Mysore on 27th September 2019 as a part of the study tour.

Five Day FDP on Data Analytics using Machine Learning / AI and Block chain

We are pleased to have successfully conducted a -Five Day FDP on Data Analytics using Machine Learning / AI and Block chain between 05-08-2019 to 09-082019. The Faculty Development Program (FDP) was jointly organized by departments MCA, ISE and CSE.

Technical Training Session

Department of MCA and Training and Placement division, DSCE jointly organizing the Technical Training session for IV semester students of MCA,DSCE during 1st July 2019 to 15th July 2019.

FDP on Cloud and Big Data Analytics

Five Day FDP on Cloud and Big Data Analytics has been conducted between 16-01-2019 to 21-01-2019. The Faculty Development Program (FDP) was jointly organized by MCA, ISE and CSE.

Mission Compassion

The NSS Unit of Department of MCA observed “Mission Compassion” Week from 12-March-2018 to 15-March-2018The HOD, Staff & students actively participated in the donation drive. Items like toys, stationaries, groceries and reusable clothes, etc., were donated by the faculty and students of MCA.
