I am pleased to welcome you to DSCE’s Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. We are widely recognized for the practical and applied nature of our course, which prepare graduates with important skills through exposure to industry and business, and our research, which focuses on solving real problems. This combination enables our graduates to be effective in the workplace immediately upon graduation.
Our students get ready for a life of learning in a world that continues to change with growing speed. We strive to nurture students, ready for leadership in their careers and their communities. With outstanding faculty and staff and excellent academic programs, DSCE focuses on helping our students become those leaders.
Students come to DSCE with varied ambitions and dreams – preparing for their chosen career or for continuing their education; our goal is to ensure that the education we provide opens the doorway to greater opportunities. As part of this approach, DSCE has always fostered successful partnerships with industry, business and government to enhance the quality of our teaching and research. We will continue to develop existing partnerships and to establish new ones in areas relevant to our research and teaching.
The Electronics & Communication Department is proud of the quality, need-based instruction and practical training imparted to its students to face the challenges of the fast changing corporate and technical world. Courtesy the dedicated faculty and excellent coaching in both theory and practical, students graduating from ECE department are placed in top ranking companies nationally and internationally. With well-established laboratories, an excellent library facility within the college campus and in the department enhances the subject knowledge. It also provides a platform for research in emerging areas through its research centre and deliberates the latest technologies through its research discussion forum.
Many commercial viable projects were funded by Public sectors of Government of India. MOU’s have been signed with various agencies for the student training in VLSI, Embedded system, Electronic instrumentation and communication fields.
