3 Entrepreneurship Awareness camps (EAC) supported by NSTEDB under EDII’s DST-NIMAT project
4 Pre-incubation: Student startups are encouraged. Startups from outside are also encouraged with a condition that they hire at least two interns from DSCE.
5 IDEATHON Ideate, Innovate, Improve, Implement; Platform to showcase students creative ideas here.
6 E-Cell activities: CEO connect, Alumni Entrepreneur interaction, E-Competitions
7 Release of IEDC newsletter: Covers activities done through IEDC, Articles written by students on Entrepreneurship, networking with business world etc.

Mr. SYED FARHAN HYDER ABIDI

Our Prefinal year student of TC&E Dept participated the BIG IDEA STARTUP CHALLENGE-3rd Edition of Summit organised by Imamia Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) in Pune, Maharastra on 22nd& 23rd of July, 2019. His idea is one of of India’s Top 10 Entrepreneur ideas.

"Readying Students for Industry 4.0”

On 24th Prof. Roopa Farshi along with Principal Dr. C.P.S. Prakash attended the Workshop on “Readying Students for Industry 4.0”. Chief guest of the Program was Dr. Anil D Sahasrabudhe, Chairman AICTE and was precided by Dr. B.N. Suresh, Chairman, Governing Council, MVJCE, Chancellor IISST Thiruvananthapuram organized by MVJCE Bangalore.

Anto Philip

Anto Philip was the first guest of the coffee with CEO session. His words were highly inspiring and motivating to the students. Anto Philip is the CEO and co-founder of Under-25, a community for all entrepreneurs under 25 all around the world.He is also the founder of The Big Band Theory, India's biggest customized wristband house. TBBT has sold 150000 bands within the country and is now working on having an international presence. He shared the story of his entrepreneurial journey during the session which gave students immense knowledge and courage to take up entrepreneurship.


Rashmi Daga

Ms. Rashmi Daga , CEO of FreshMenu an online food delivery service that aims to deliver freshly prepared food at your desk or home. After completing her MBA from the IIM-Ahmedabad in 2003, Kolkata-born Rashmi Daga went on to work across a wide range of companies, including IBM India, Johnson & Johnson Medical, TutorVista, BlueStone and Ola. She also started an online curated art marketplace afday.com in 2011.

Arvind Prakash Singh was the second speaker at E-summit '19. He is CEO and founder of Superbolter, a stealth mode virtual reality and augumented reality start-up building a disruptive global software product. He talk focused on the future aspects of entrepreneurship and emerging fields.
